SKIN PREPARATION
- Apply a gentle, familiar hydrating sheet mask 1–2 days before your appointment.
- Avoid heavy, oily, or unfamiliar skincare masks immediately before your session.
- Avoid harsh exfoliation or skin picking. If you normally exfoliate, do so gently at least 2 days before your appointment.
- Arrive with your usual light skincare and sunscreen applied. Avoid heavy facial oils or thick creams.

SHAMPOO ONLY · NO CONDITIONER
HAIR PREPARATION
- Wash your hair with shampoo only, preferably on the day of your appointment.
- Do not use conditioner (rinse) or hair treatments.
- Avoid hair oils, essences, leave-in treatments, wax, gel, and styling sprays.
- Arrive with your hair completely dry.
Conditioning and styling residues can weigh hair down and make it harder to create volume, defined curls, and long-lasting styles.

- If you already wear suitable colored contacts, you may choose to wear them for your session.

- Digital eye-color adjustments may also be available during retouching, depending on your photo package.
For eye safety, use only properly fitted lenses approved by your eye-care professional.
